The class is a high-intensity bootcamp mixing calisthenics with boxing for performance enhancement, endurance training, and muscle toning. Utilizing interval training with partner work and amusing games, this class will be challenging as it is fun. This class is for all levels, modifications will be provided so everyone can be safe and have fun!

Returning to my roots at The Park Gym, teaching three classes. Boxing Level 1 is an introductory class to boxing, learning the basics of offensive moves for a great sweat while building skills. Sports Performance is based on the three pillars of sports training: skill building, strength for explosive power and stability, and endurance. Want to train like an athlete?
